So I only go to the Mall for this Dominican food when I come to visit family in NH. And yes, I will drive far and wide for these two sisters’ cooking. Numerous flavorful meats, three types of rice, scrumptious beans, fresh veggies and fruit juices, and more. Thank you Katiuska!!
I stopped at the mall to run errands and got excited to see “Homemade Style Caribbean Food” in the food court. I absolutely love Caribbean food and seek out restaurants whenever I can. I wandered over and then was delighted to see my former student behind the counter! This is her family’s small business, so I absolutely had to try. I got the stewed beef, Moro rice with black beans, and the salad with their homemade avocado dressing. Everything was perfectly seasoned and the meat was tender and falling off the bone. This is a gem.
Salmon bowl was absolutely delicious! The fried plantains were excellent as well. 😁
The food was beyond expectations. The quality and quantity was excellent. My kids enjoyed every thing they had. Their service is humble and friendly, we will be back soon. Another great reason to go the Manchester mall 😁 …
I love the “delicious balance” of flavors at this hidden gem! I come to Manchester a few times a year for work and it’s an absolute priority to come here to eat. I love the salads so much! As well as all the fresh made juices, the crispy pernil is drool worthy, the empanadas are delicious with a side of jalapeño sauce! I haven’t been disappointed, only tiny flaw is sometimes the food is a little bit salty, but it just makes my juice taste better! 😛😛
We had chicken combo. The food was good and so much of it that we both took half home as leftovers. We did have enough space for a large piece of tres leches cake. It was the best we have ever had. We told the young guy at the counter and he said his sister made it!
Delicious food and great service, the entire team is super friendly. I’ve tried it all. Everything is freshly made in-house and the taste is amazingly delicious. The freshly squeezed fruit drinks are phenomenally good and my favorite. The Country Club, which are my drink of choice. The frambuesa raspberry, uva grape, and merengue soda origin from Dominican Republic. Definitely recommend this restaurant
I have been a couple of times. They are super friendly and will accommodate what you are wanting. I LOVE their homemade jalapeno dressing. This salad was even better than it looks. Highly recommend eating here if at the Mall of New Hampshire. Heck, I would recommend it if you are in the area and not even wanting to go to the mall!
It was simply the best experience ever 🤩. And I strongly advise you to go and try this wonderful food 😋. The Harvest Bowel was simply the best salad that I ever had. It was super delicious 😋, I would love to keep eating it. But I got full, well at least now I have a delicious dinner to have now. Just an amazing place to eat, you have to go and try 😋. Honestly if I could I'd would give this place a thousand stars 🌟 🤩.
After hearing so much about Delicious Balance for a few weeks now, I finally made the time to pay them a visit. The restaurant is located in the Mall of New Hampshire. Now, I don't usually make my way to the mall for food, but once I saw they had Oxtails, I had to go since those are not found in abundance here in NH. I arrived at around 12:30pm and as I looked across the pans of food, I could see the steam coming up from them. It smelled great and clearly was being kept very warm. The employee was very polite and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious! I ordered the Oxtail Stew and the Moro Rice with Black Beans. Now, I will warn you, if you have never had oxtails, they are not loaded with meat and as they are hard to come by here in the states, they are very pricey. I'm not complaining about the price as I know this, but if you order them just be aware. They are also hard to eat due to lots of small bones to work around, but it is well worth it as the flavors are like no other. This meal reminded me of my trips to Jamaica. I will definatley be back to try the other dishes at Delicious Balance!
